The intention of this publication is to show the relation between legal regulations concerning motorbikes in California and the role which education conservicts in information about laws, regulations, and legal orders. Regulations concerning motorbike’s in California are a good example of the complex connections between education and legal regulations because practically every aspect of these regulations can be implementing into social and pedagogical contexts if just someone take it seriously to make it easier for future generations to respect the law by educating them. As we can learn from the article from Masonry of Denver: “In most states, you can’t drive a motorcycle without a helmet on; it is considered that you may lose your life or injure yourself too badly if you don’t have protection. In California, there is a slightly different law – you do not have to wear a helmet if you are riding a motorcycle that has been registered as a “motor driven cycle.” This means that if your motorcycle has an engine over 150c.c. (to be fair, most motorcycles have an engine size greater than 150c.c., and a few scooters will qualify) and also meets certain other requirements that are outlined below, then you can skip out on wearing a helmet.”
If that sound complicated, it is becuase it is. You should not forget that laws governing motorbikes in California and all other aspects of the law concerning jackets must be clear, precise and determinable by everybody. If the laws which apply to motorbikes are ambiguous Not, what is so complicated with the regulations concerning california legal motorcycles? First of all, you should understand that the regulations must be precisely defined, defined once and for all. Otherwise, what and how are you going to pass that knowledge to your pupils? If you are teaching in kindergarten or elementary schools and your pupils are six, seven years old, you definitely cannot base your lessons on complicated, legal terms. For most people, it is complicated even if they are educated lawyers. That is why we should use pretty simple language by basing our lessons on legal regulations and other methods and rules.
